    Visit our online booking calendar to check the availability of the studio for your desired date and time, then drop us an email We will respond to your email by end of day to confirm the availability of the studio and provide further instructions. Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.     Yes, the minimum booking duration for our studio is 4 hours. This allows time for setup, the photoshoot and pack down.

    Occasional free 4hr slots are open for booking and will be released approx. 2 months in advance. Limited availability and on a first come, first serve basis. A £200 deposit is required upon confirmation, this is refunded upon client attendance or in the event of a studio fault cancellation. No-show clients forfeit the deposit.

    Certainly! We welcome tours of our studio. However, please note that we prioritise the privacy and concentration of ongoing photoshoots so please give notice.

    Our studio is not soundproof as it is located in close proximity to London City Airport. While you are welcome to record music videos, we recommend exercising caution with sound levels due to potential external noise.

    Our cancellation policy is outlined in our terms and conditions. Cancelling a booking within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee. We recommend reviewing our terms and conditions for full details.

    Absolutely! We encourage clients to bring their own props and choose backdrops that suit their vision. Additionally, equipment hire is the client’s responsibility, allowing you the flexibility to use the tools that best meet your needs.

    Yes, pets are allowed in the studio! However, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied. Additionally, any incidents requiring extensive cleanup, such as accidents or damage, will incur an additional charge.

    Currently, we don’t have Wi-Fi available in the studio. However, the space has a good signal for mobile data use. We recognize the importance of a reliable internet connection and are actively working towards providing Wi-Fi in the near future.

    Our studio provides student discounts, so don’t forget to inquire about special rates. We also offer residency discounts for clients looking to establish a consistent presence in our studio.

    You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Additionally, our studio provides some space for catering and we have a fridge and bar facilities available. Please ensure that the studio is left in a clean condition after use.

    Yes, we have a comfortable lounge and a small dining space for your convenience.
